  • PLEASE NOTE: Zones outside of metro areas or any zones in regional/rural/remote areas will incur additional postage charges for bulky/oversized/overweight goods. Currently these charges cannot be calculated at checkout.
    If you live in rural/remote areas, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to making purchases of items larger than parcel size (e.g 5kg parcel) - as ALL national carriers will almost always require an additional surcharge for delivery.

When will you ship my order?

  • We will select the most efficient shipping service based on your order size, weight and delivery location.

    • Sydney 1-2 business days
    • Melbourne, Brisbane and other metro areas 2-3 business days
    • Regional, Rural and Remote areas can vary between 5-14 business days pending location.

      How much does delivery cost?

      • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight/size and the delivery location.

        How will I know that you have received my order?

        • The carrier will send you notifications on collection and during transit.

        • On fulfilling your order, we will email your tax invoice and include a printed copy within your parcel.
        • If you require additional copies of your tax invoice, please contact us.

            Can I pick up my order?

            • Absolutely, please select 'Free Pick-Up' at checkout.
            • Wait for our email/sms notifications to confirm your order is ready for collection.
            • In-store pickup is available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday
