A delivery was made which had a missing item. We counted the items carefully. We contacted Packstore and requested that the company rectify the problem. No reply has ever been received. If the missing item had not been inexpensive then we would have made a complaint to NSW Fair Trading. Fair Trading is actually a government agency that takes its legislative responsibilities seriously.

I had bought the porta robe boxes from another company earlier in the year but lost them. I urgently bought the missing rails from Packstore and they were so strong. I think I overdid the number of clothes on the rail but they held up. Awesome!
