At Packstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help! Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.
90-Day Return Period
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return items. This applies to all products purchased from our store, with the exceptions outlined in the "Non-Returnable Items" section below.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for Defective or Faulty Items
If your item is defective or faulty, we will cover all return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
- We may request images/videos for any faulty, defective and/or damaged items. It is always recommended to take sufficient photos of damaged parcels/goods when receiving them.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer returns within 90 days, subject to the following conditions:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover our processing costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Personalised or customised items (e.g., printed boxes, tapes)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom orders, special orders or phone orders
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
- If 5 business days have passed since you received confirmation of your refund and you still have not seen the funds in your account, please contact us immediately so we can assist you further.
Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation
- If the return is for a faulty item, we will provide you with return shipping labels and instructions.
- If the return is for a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee is applicable to all change of mind returns
